AAA Quality Service Award.

To receive a AAA quality service award, a repair shop must meet extremely stringent standards:

  • No member complaints
  • A minimum 99% customer satisfaction rating (ours was 100%)
  • No facility deficiencies during the Auto Club's detailed annual inspection of the shop
  • No facility deficiencies during bimonthly shop reviews

"Our quality service award truly represents the 'best of the best.' Only 4 percent of the repair shops in the program qualify for this prestigious award," says Ed Lindsay, program development manager.

The award-winning shops were chosen from a field of nearly 650 Southern California AAR facilities, which are independent businesses regularly inspected by the Auto Club.
